Have your say – an introduction

Students need a voice – as you know! In LIS we do this through ‘have your say’. It’s an initiative created to hear student comments and suggestions on library services and resources.

For students – ‘have your say’ is a channel for them to use to tell us their thoughts/comments at any time ‘as it happens’. The hys site is one way for students to see what others are saying, look at our responses and keep up to date with any changes/improvements made as a result of their comments.

For staff – ‘have your say’ helps to keep up to date with student expectations, address issues as they happen and ensures we give students consistent responses.

The new hys page on the staff intranet explains more about the initiative, who the team are and how you can help!

You can stay in touch directly with student expectations by subscribing to the student hys site.
