Extended Cycling Proficiency Sessions

The university has received excellent feedback from our students, staff and the local community who’ve taking advantage of the scheme. We are now happy to confirm that in collaboration with our partners Pedal Ready we will be extending the programme of regular cycling proficiency sessions until July. This means you still have the chance to access the fantastic, fun and best of all free Pedal Ready programme leading up to the Grand Départ.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never cycled before or if you just want to build your road confidence, the one-hour Learn to Ride’ sessions will give you the skills you need.

You can attend as many sessions as you want until you feel completely in control on your bike and road ready.

On: Every Wednesday 5:30 to 7:30pm*
At: Pearson Building (Sports Hall), Collegiate Campus
* Except the four-week exam period during May.
The last session is on Wednesday 2 July.

To book a place call Pedal Ready on 0114 241 2775 or email start@pedalready.co.uk – you can also just turn up on the day!
