Jo Heery and her son Tyler (aged 6 years) will be taking part in the 5K Colour Dash for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice at Rother Valley Country Park on Saturday 3 May.
At each 1K point, powder paint will be launched at runners, resulting in some colourful characters and photographs!
