Foraged Drinks and Beverages Course – Tuesday 17 June
Normally £110 per person. JUST 2 PLACES AVAILABLE AT £75 PER PERSON.
A fascinating full day “hands on” course with expert forager and chef Chris Bax. On the day learn how to create a range of beverages using wild foraged ingredients. Think Elderflower Champagne, Elderflower and Gooseberry Vodka, Nettle Cordial, Nettle Beer, Wild Mint and Cumin Cooler as well as the classic Dandelion and Burdock.
