IT Services will soon be releasing a new version of the password change pages for staff. In order to help manage their accounts more effectively staff will now receive an email to warn them of impending deadlines.
The email will warn users if the password is about to expire or user account is about to expire, and will advise users as to any action that needs to be taken. Please check such emails come from an email address @shu.ac.uk to guard against spam.
