If you are having problems logging in to the e5 Purchasing and Authorisation portal, or have forgotten your password you can reset it by following the instructions below:
- input your userid and click ‘reset password’
- answer the two memorable questions (you will have set up the answers to five memorable questions when you first used the system)
- click ‘complete password reset’. Your password will now have been reset to the same as your userid
- click ‘change password’ and select a new password. Your password must be 8 characters long and include one number and one capital letter. It must not include any special characters, such as !$&*
