the University has appointed Professor Simon Bromley to the role of Assistant Dean, responsible for academic development in the Faculty of Development and Society.
Professor Bromley will join us in January 2014. He is currently senior lecturer in politics and international studies at the Open University.
Professor Bromley said: “I’m very pleased to be going to the UK’s third largest university, and one that is really putting teaching quality and an excellent student learning experience at the front of all its work. I am looking forward to working with colleagues to enhance the excellence of our teaching and learning, especially in relation to education for employment.”
