Sheffield City Council and Sheffield Hallam University are working together to create a lasting legacy for athletics in the city.
The two organisations are developing a long term partnership, where the University will take on the future management and maintenance of Woodbourn Road athletics stadium under a long lease from the Council. Sheffield City Council will also create an athletics development fund to support the sport in future years. Find out more by visiting the University’s media centre.
