We have now started the appraisal cycle for this year. Appraisals can now take place any time between April and September. In April we began monitoring appraisal returns as usual.

Workshops have been created to provide managers more information on the appraisal process, carrying out an effective appraisal and how the appraisal process fits in with the university’s performance management cycle.
The next workshop takes place on 7 August.
