Could you make a exchange email settings pages for android and iphone users?
Cheers,
Steve
Steve,
i think we already have that information elsewhere in the university. If we have I will put a link to this off this blog, if not I will knock something up

Cheers! Much-needed, I think.
I’ve had a look for this information but I can’t seem to find it, would be really useful to have a guide, I’ve tried to connect with my android device but without success!
It would be very helpful to have the mobile access instructions public because a huge number of people use it in their jobs, it’s become an essential tool, but there’s a feeling that we are not allowed to do it and we shouldn’t ask how.
I’m assuming that the server name will change from exchange2007.shu.ac.uk to exchange2010.shu.ac.uk ? Thanks in advance Ray
Chris
I also use a combination of IMAP/SMTP and Exchange settings (no outlook) for my desktop PC and android phone. Could you please post this information on a “sticky” page so that they are easy to retrieve. Many thanks.
Hi,
I have written up something at

Some time ago their was talk of a feature being implemented that managed out of office settings better for part time staff. Presently if staff say work say Mon, Wed Fri they have to remember to put OOO on 3 times a week! Any update on this?
Hi Simon, wondering if anyone else if having dialogue box appear when sending emails saying cant reach server. Sometimes messages go other times not. Happens on my iphone4s 🙂 wonder if I need to change anything my end?
