We’re transforming the way we deliver help and advice for students through the new Hallam Help service.
Recognisable and accessible – the new service will make it easier for students to access high-quality support via new Hallam Help Points and a range of other methods.
Hallam Help Points will be easily recognisable and found at key locations on both campuses. There will be a team of staff at each one to provide support with all aspects of the Hallam experience. Confidential one-to-one spaces will also be available.
Students will have a greater choice of methods for accessing support:
