Today the faculty supported the annual Macmillan Cancer Support event by holding a cake sale. We’ve raised in excess of £375 for this wonderful cause.
A big thank you to everyone who baked and bought at the cake sale, there was a huge selection of homemade cakes, buns and other nice treats to buy.
Not forgetting the, highly competitive annual HWB staff ‘Bake Off’ – baked goods were judged by Helen Best and Darren Procter.
Congratulations to Katie Woodley who won the bake-off with her ‘Unicorn Sponge’, to the runner up Jo Copley, and to the 3rd place entrants Chrissie Allerton and Ria Buczynski.

We’ll be doing it again in 12 months’ time, so get practising!
