The first step is to take the VIA Strengths inventory, an online survey, which will tell you what your personal signature strengths are. To access the survey, please follow this link: www.viacharacter.org/survey/account/register

You will need to register by creating a log-in on the above link, please ensure you use your SHU university email address to sign-up. The results are confidential and will not be passed onto your tutors. The test takes around 10 minutes.
