To start, we recommend the Student Minds Transitions guide, developed by national charity Student Minds. This guide is full of hints and tips that other students found useful for dealing with the challenges students sometimes encounter at University – but don’t know where to go for help.

These include: relationships, living situations, life online, academic or money issues, psychological and sexual health, personal identity, sexual orientation and gender identity.
