Vice-Chancellor meets our first students in Sino-British College, Shanghai

Prof. Chris Husbands, Vice-Chancellor of Sheffield Hallam University and James Richardson, Director of International Development visited Sino-British College in Shanghai in October.

Sino-British College in Shanghai is our newest educational partner in China. Twenty five students from China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Uganda and Zimbabwe have now enrolled on the BA (Honours) Business Management which is delivered entirely at Sino-British College.

Professor Husbands gave a guest lecture on the role of universities in the 21st century attended by students, staff and external guests. At the end of the lecture, Sheffield Hallam’s Vice-Chancellor had an informal meeting with our students at Sino-British College, which left a lasting impression.

“My audience in Shanghai was outstanding. The students were engaged, alert, thoughtful, challenging and perceptive…”
