About this newsletter

At Sheffield Hallam University we value all of our students equally, regardless of whether you’re based at City or Collegiate Campus here in Sheffield or attending at one of our partner institutions from countries across the world.

The GoGlobal newsletter is a collection of articles and support designed to keep all of our students based abroad up-to-date with what’s happening at Sheffield Hallam, as well as to hear from you about your experiences and achievements!

Our newsletter is sent out every two weeks, and features events that are happening around the University, support that can be accessed while studying abroad and highlights student profiles and achievements throughout the year.

If you have any ideas of what we could feature in future issues, or (even better!)  if you’d like to submit an article yourself then please get in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter or email.

Warm welcome to our students studying at overseas partner institutions

We are the International Experience Team at Sheffield Hallam University.

We are here to support all international students, whether studying on our Sheffield campus, or overseas at partner institutions, with information and advice.

You may be studying thousands of miles away from Sheffield Hallam University, but you can still rely on us!

We will make sure that you are informed about any opportunities available to you from Sheffield Hallam such as:

  • achievement awards or prizes you can apply for, to help you stand our from the competition in the future
  • events/activities you can join in remotely
  • online services you can make use of

Please sign up for our monthly SHU GoGlobal Newletter and get in touch with us and stay connected. We would love to hear your stories and celebrate your successes.
