In June we welcomed students from City University in Hong Kong who joined us for a four-week Culture and Language Immersion Scheme.

The 39 students take part in an intensive English language course, while experiencing British culture and life in a Sheffield-family setting. This includes trying new food and meeting British families to find out how they live.

Their programme also includes visits to Newcastle, Edinburgh and a long weekend in London, taking in all the sights and culture that the UK has to offer.
