The University is investing over £110 million in its Future Spaces by 2015. As part of these plans, Arundel House, at the corner of Arundel Gate and Furnival Street, will be refurbished as office space for University staff. The building will house over 100 members of staff currently based in the offices at 20 Furnival Street. The plans for the building include work to improve the exterior, such as updating the cladding, entrance and windows, as well as a thorough interior refurbishment. The building is expected to be ready from December 2014 onwards.
