Our University Strategy sets a long term vision for Sheffield Hallam University to be the leading applied university. The implementation plan, which is built around the four pillars, outlines what we need to achieve in the next three years.
As part of the ‘Building a Great University’ pillar and our desire to create an outstanding environment in which to study, research and work, we committed to developing the Hallam Deal with our staff, setting out both the University’s commitment to our staff and what the University should expect in return.
So what is the Hallam Deal? It is important that we share our early thinking with you, and then create opportunities for us to listen to and understand perceptions and expectations of the Hallam Deal. Communication and engagement with staff will be a vital part of its development, which is why we are asking for you to get involved.
