Why students should become a mentor
Joining our transition schemes is a great opportunity to:
- get to know someone through a supportive mentoring relationship
- attend social activities and regular soft-skills training events with other members
- develop their cultural awareness and learn about different traditions
- prepare for work in diverse organisations and add to their CV
- gain eligibility for the Hallam Award which is recognised by employers
