This Christmas, SBS are proud to be supporting Hallam FM’s Cash for Kids campaign, and hope many people from across the University are willing to get involved. The campaign aims to make Christmas a happier time of year for those children in our region who live in poverty, which currently stands at 1 in 4.
We kindly ask that staff consider making a small contribution through buying just one extra gift for a disadvantaged child aged between 0-18 years. We also understand that this is a very busy time for everyone, so there is also an option available to make a cash donation via the campaign’s website.
If you would like to contribute a gift, Stoddart Welcome Point has been arranged as a drop-off point for all gifts. Please do not wrap your gifts as they will be wrapped by Hallam FM staff prior to sending to the children. The deadline for donating a gift is Thursday 14 December.
