Come and join us for a steady refreshing lunchtime run on Tuesday 10 October.

In support of World Mental Health Day supported by England Athletics and Mind the mental health charity, we are encouraging people to #runandtalk to improve their mental wellbeing, reduce stress, break down the stigma associated with talking about mental health and to encourage others to use running as a form of mindfulness.

To take part, meet at 12.30pm outside Hallam Active Gym at City Campus, Norfolk Building, Pond Street.
