This is a new forum for all those studying and working at SHU, with an interest in autism. The aim is to set up a multidisciplinary network to generate new research projects, working in partnership with the autism community and regional stakeholders (e.g. schools, local authorities). Our focus will be on applied autism research – we will address practical/real-world issues of relevance to those with autism, their families and the broader community.
We welcome SHU staff and students from any discipline and research background. The group will communicate online and in face-to-face meetings. You will be able to determine the extent of your time commitment and level of the involvement with the group.
