Job title: Student Support Officer (0.5FTE / 18.5 hours per week – Jobshare)
Salary: £26,052 to £32,004 per annum, (pro rata), dependent on experience
The Health and Wellbeing (HWB) Student Services team includes 9 Student Support Officers who provide support, advice and guidance to all HWB students throughout their Sheffield Hallam Journey. This post is primarily within the Allied Health Subject area based in Robert Winston building at Collegiate Crescent Campus.
You will be responsible for the delivery of numerous tasks and processes that form part of the student cycle from planning induction to leading on students at risk and progression which is managed alongside academic teams also supported by Senior Administrators.
Line management duties are currently being trialled in this team, therefore we are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate leadership skills in addition to providing an excellent customer service.
