The Heist Awards celebrate the excellence and innovation of everyone involved in education marketing. After being shortlisted for several categories in this year’s HEIST awards, colleagues within Marketing and Development and Alumni took home a silver, two bronzes and a highly commended award.
The Development and Alumni Relations team won the Bronze Award for the Best Alumni, Development or Fundraising initiative, for their ‘Graduation Class of 2016’ campaign. The team generated an online reach of more than 3 million impressions by commissioning the business services of an enterprising Hallam graduate to provide free instant Polaroid-style prints of their pictures, as well as a team of students who created a rousing film that captured the essence of Hallam.
The Marketing team won a Silver Award for ‘Marketing Team of the Year’, a Bronze Award for ‘Best UG Student Recruitment Initiative’ for their2016 conventions campaign and a Highly Commended award for ‘Best Low Budget Initiative’ for the “Why I became a nurse” social media campaign.
These awards acknowledge our dedication to and success in achieving excellence and demonstrate our growing presence as a creative, innovative and distinctive personality within the higher education marketing sector.
