Job title: HR Business Partner
Salary: £38,183 to £48,327 per annum dependent on experience

HR will play a key role in the development and implementation of the new operating model for professional and support services across the University.
As a result, we are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to strengthen our existing HR Operations team. You will be responsible for the delivery of proactive, timely and professional HR support to the Professional Service Directorates.
You will need to be a confident HR professional who is able to work with minimal supervision using your initiative to provide sound HR advice and guidance on a range of HR topics, including change management, complex people management issues and casework.
You should also have experience of working with trade unions and an excellent knowledge of employment law and it’s application.
