Most University staff have now moved to the new version of Exchange in Office 365. Staff in the Faculties of Sheffield Business School and Health and Wellbeing will move on 28 June and 5 July respectively. On 12 July, we will move staff who are new or for some other reason didn’t migrate with a faculty or directorate. When all staff are on the new system, we will then migrate shared mailboxes. To help the University minimise any unnecessary work and expense, please can you let us know if you own a shared mailbox that you no longer use by emailing ithelp@shu.ac.uk.
There is information about email in Office 365 on the DTS blog and the drop in sessions below have been organised to give staff an opportunity to see a demonstration and ask questions about it. If you would like to attend, please book a place using the links below.
