This summer, Julia Allen, who heads the IT Service Desk in Digital Technology Services, will be travelling to Sarajevo to volunteer as a Shiatsu Therapist with the Helping Hands Network.
In the 1990’s Bosnia was torn apart by civil war. The country has worked hard to re-build and Healing Hands Network has been going to Bosnia offering complimentary therapies to those recovering from the aftermath of the war since 1996.
