Job Title: Customer Insight Assistant Officer
Salary: £18,412 to £21,220 per annum dependent on experience
The Marketing Department aims to raise the profile of the University, protect and enhance its reputation in key areas of strength, and maintain, develop and improve systems of communication and consultation with and between all staff. To directly support this, the Customer Insight team provides evidence through data and strategic analysis to drive business decision making.
Based within our large in-house Marketing department and as a key member of the Customer Insight team, you will work closely with colleagues from across Marketing and Recruitment. You will build and deliver digital and email communications and direct marketing campaigns, undertake segmentation of the CRM database to identify target audiences, and assist in the management and development of our CRM data and database.
Our ideal candidate must have strong Excel or Access skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to interpret data and familiarity with databases and/or CRM systems. You will also be a clear team player with outstanding communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage conflicting demands.
