Salary: £38,183 to £48,327 dependent on experience
We have a rare opportunity to strengthen our communications team with the appointment of a Head of External Communications to lead our news, public relations, social media, public affairs and engagement operation.

We have an exceptional communications team in place, a new University Strategy to deliver, and a wealth of stories to tell across an extensive range of channels and audiences. Our online media centre gives just a flavour of our work.
You will be an exceptional senior communicator with the vision, commitment, determination and experience to make a rapid and lasting contribution on the way the University tells the story of its impact on its community, its region and the world.
