It’s that time of year again, Varsity 2017 is here – support your University and get involved with the Move More Varsity Challenge.
Many of you will be familiar with Move More from last year’s Go for Gold Workplace Challenge, where we achieved second place out of the competing workplaces in Sheffield! This year’s Move More is kicking off with the Varsity Challenge, and this time we have just one competitor to beat, the University of Sheffield.
If you didn’t get involved with last year’s challenge, get involved this March and support Hallam in this year’s varsity and make sure we come out on top for being the most active university!
How to take part: download the free Move More app to your smart phone, enter the Varsity Challenge (under the competitions tab), and enter your institution. Move about as much as possible to see who can be the most active University. The app is new and improved, it will record active minutes from participants of each institution, and daily results will be posted online. No need to press start and stop, just carry your phone.
The Move More Varsity Challenge will run from 1 March – 28 March. Look out for updates throughout the month.
The final result of the Varsity challenge will be announced at the Ice Hockey final on 29 March.
