The University will be investing £1.2 million in a Student Success Scholarship for new students starting on their first year of an undergraduate course at Sheffield Hallam in 2017/18. This scheme will comprise of enhanced support and a financial award designed to address students’ needs.
A summary of the new Student Success Scholarship and the proposed eligibility criteria and levels of award can be found on pages 25-26 of Sheffield Hallam University’s 2017-18 Access Agreement.
Information for prospective students will be made available on the Scholarships and Bursaries page on the external website. This will be regularly updated as work progresses.
We will provide further updates in due course and will deliver a series of staff briefings about the Scholarship in readiness for the start of academic year 2017/18.
