Job Title: Customer Insight Manager (CRM)
Salary: £32,958 to £37,075 per annum, depending on experience
We are looking to appoint an experienced CRM Manager to work with the wider marketing team on the creation, implementation and optimisation of all CRM activity to deliver recruitment targets. You will be responsible for the full CRM lifecycle including but not limited to segmentation, data deep dives, implementation and reporting.
A senior member of the Customer Insight team, you will be involved in key strategic decision making to inform the development of recruitment activity and drive the CRM strategy forward using insight and innovation.
With proven experience of developing and delivering CRM strategy you will be able to demonstrate expert use of one or more CRM systems. You have strong experience of providing reports and data on time and your strong analytical and data mining background will be supported by experience in SQL reporting. Finally, this exciting and challenging role requires excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to influence people and events through negotiation.
