Continuous Improvement (CI) is a service offered by Business Improvement Services (BIS) to support individual staff and business areas across the University to improve processes, systems, services and ways of working.
It’s already a success story: over the last 12 months, BIS has worked with a number of stakeholders in faculties and directorates supporting over 70 initiatives of differing scale. In addition, 40 colleagues have been trained through the BIS-led CI modular course offered through CORE. Both the initiatives and course have consistently received positive feedback and new requests for support have been received every month.
To meet the growing demand for support, the CI Service has been formally incorporated into BIS’s service offer and we want to make sure all colleagues are aware of this.
