Free meditation and positive thinking courses

Brahma Kumaris are running some free wellbeing courses on positive thinking, self-esteem and meditation at Hallam.

Positive Thinking – Face life’s challenges with a more positive outlook and be in control of your own responses. This one day course will include presentations, interactive discussion and guided reflection.

  • Sunday 22 January, 10am – 3pm at Howard 5424
  • Sunday 26 February, 10am – 3pm at Howard 5424

Self Esteem For a Balanced Life – This unique course offers you tools to unlock your potential and bring out the best in you.  An interactive course including presentation, interactive discussion and guided reflection.

  • Sunday 5 March, 10am – 3pm at Howard 5424

Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation (two day course) – Learn how to guide your mind into a natural state of calm.  Explore both theory and practice of meditation. An interactive course including presentations, interactive discussion and guided meditations.  This is a two day introductory course.  Part 1 is on the first Sunday.  Part 2 will take place the following weekend.
