The Sustainable Restaurant Association will be holding a talk about sustainability in the catering industry and animal welfare, where you can find out more about how you can make a difference to animal welfare and sustainability in the catering trade.
Martina Jensen from the national Sustainable Restaurant Association will also talk about their Food Made Good award scheme and some of the great initiatives you can get on board with. There will be a Q&A to follow.
