Job Title: School and Colleges Administrator
Salary: £18,412 to £21,220 per annum dependent on experience (fixed term until 31/07/17)
The UK Student Recruitment Team plays a significant role in contributing to the Universities student recruitment strategy by delivering aspiration and awareness raising events, activities and initiatives which support the institutions recruitment objectives.
The role has been created to support on an initiative to increase the numbers of applicants in the Doncaster region applying for BSc Adult Nursing and selecting the Doncaster Hub as their first choice placement area through an intensive intervention in the locality. This will be achieved through targeted promotional activity and partnership working with local colleges and placement providers.
We are looking for a customer focused and organised individual who will be working as part of a dedicated team responsible for establishing and developing mutually beneficial relationships with feeder school and colleges. As an excellent communicator, you will be required to deliver exciting and innovative engagement activities that meet the needs of schools and colleges and support the Universities recruitment objectives.
You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the higher education sector, and share a commitment to raising the aspirations, awareness and opportunities available at university to potential applicants and their influencers. You will also be able and willing to work occasional evenings and are able to travel to different destinations as required.
