We are proud to announce that we are finalists in the 2016 UK Employee Engagement Awards in association with People Insight.
Our nomination in the Non-Profit/Charity Company of the Year Award category recognises the passion and commitment that we have demonstrated over the last 12 months in improving staff engagement levels and bringing the whole finance team closer together.
Our engagement project is part of a programme of work to help us achieve our Vision of becoming ‘the best Finance team in the sector; a highly engaged team, valued by all’. In just 6 months we have notably improved our engagement levels and initiated a cultural change.
“We don’t need awards to tell us that the work on engagement is giving great results but this is absolutely fantastic news” said Philip Severs, Director of Finance. “I am incredibly proud of everyone within the Finance Directorate and believe that I am privileged to lead this great team”.
We’ll find out if we’ve won in the New Year, when the winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony at Wembley Stadium on 26 January. You can view the other finalists on the Awards Website.
