Job Title: Business Administrator (0.6fte / 22.2 hours per week)
Salary: £18,412 to £21,220 (pro rata) per annum dependent on experience
We are looking for a Business Administrator to join the Communications & Development team which is responsible for the University’s media and internal communications, alumni relations and fundraising activity. This is a job share role and you will need to be able to work three full days per week: Monday to Wednesday.
You will support the Director of Communications in the running of a busy division with currently 20 staff. The role will be varied and will include supporting with diary management; team administration; staff recruitment and induction; finance processes; and support for meetings.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent team working and communication skills and a strong customer focus. Experience of working proactively in an administrative environment is essential for the role.
