Hospitality masterclass tasting events

We are pleased to announce this year’s Hospitality masterclass events.  The purpose of these events is to bring together SHU students, staff, local hospitality employers and like-minded individuals, who wish to develop their understanding and appreciation of various different food and beverages.

Port, Wine and Cheese – Thursday 8 December, 6.30-8pm, Owen 1239

Under the expert knowledge of Nick Peck, owner of the specialist cheese retailer Porter Brook Deli, you will be guided through how to prepare an interesting and varied cheeseboard, suitable for any event through the upcoming festive period.  A selection of port and wines for the evening will be expertly chosen by Barry Starmore, owner of the specialist wine retailer StarmoreBoss, in order to complement and bring out the best of the cheeses on offer.

Please note this is a ticket only event and tickets must be bought in advance.  Bookings will only be confirmed upon payment.  Places are limited to book early to avoid disappointment.
