The Professional Services Development Programme: open for applications

Applications are now open for both participants and mentors and close on Friday 25 November.

The Programme will enable you to engage with a development programme tailored to your role in professional services and is intended to support the increased professionalism and career development of staff, and will deliver benefits for the individual participant, their team and the wider University.

The Programme was initiated in October 2014 and we are looking forward to recruiting to the 5th cohort. Participants engage with this bespoke Programme of activities tailored to the needs of the cohort. The Programme runs for a year and participants receive a minimum of six skills sessions, support of a mentor and buddy meetings, as well as reflecting on their continuous professional development.

If you are interested in taking part in the next cohort of the Programme, please visit the intranet page for further details. A briefing session is available for those who would like to come and hear more about the Programme and its benefits, details of which are on the intranet page.

Eligibility

Participants: The Programme is open to those staff Grade 6 and below, who define themselves as professional services, wherever they are based in the University.

Mentors: We welcome support for the Programme from anyone across the University working in a Grade 7 role or above.
