The BBC’s University Challenge programme is looking for entries to the 2017 series hosted by Jeremy Paxman. Now in its 46th series, the programme is a popular academic quiz which reflects the diversity of the UK’s student population.
A team must consist of five members (one of them will be a reserve) and entry is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students following a course of study at level 6 or above. International students may apply but they need to be studying during the recording period (February-April 2017). Students can be full-time or part-time and it is recommended that one team member needs to be studying a science subject. Students can only enter by post and entries must reach the University Challenge office by Wednesday 23 November.
Further information including the application form and application test, together with sample questions is on the current students website.
