SITS Online went back online on 13 October as planned and the system is now fully functional for both staff and student use.
What is changing?
For students
My Student Record for students remains unchanged. The only change that a student may notice is the URL used to access their account. This will be automatically updated through the login interfaces; the student should not have to do anything.
Any student having issues accessing My Student Record once the system has been reinstated should be advised to contact ! IT Help
For staff
The key changes that have been made to SITS Online are :
- Renaming of My Student Record for staff to SITS Online
- Restructure and renaming of the containers which hold functions
- Review of staff permissions to all functions
- Removal of obsolete and unused functions
- Standardisation of the SITS Online interface
- Change of URL to direct to SITS Online
