Job Title: Student Support Officer
Salary: £25,769 to £31,656 per annum, dependent on experience
We have a vacancy for a Student Support Officer to join our Student Services team in the Faculty of Arts, Computing, Engineering and Sciences (ACES).
This is an exciting role that is centered around the student experience. Our Student Support Officers make a significant contribution to the development of Student Services and work closely with their peers, academics and other managers to deliver an excellent student experience.
We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent customer service skills, able to work collaboratively to find solutions to problems and have the ability to handle complex queries. You will need to be able to think on your feet, whilst advising stakeholders appropriately in line with University policies (though prior knowledge of these is not essential). You should also be confident when dealing with stakeholders on a one-to-one basis or when briefing groups.
