Free lunchtime SHUWellness workshop – Monday 10 October
This one-hour session designed to improve your awareness of poor postural habits and your awareness of your own posture. You will also have the opportunity to participate in mobility and strengthening exercises for general back care.
Target group:
- Managers and /or employees
Contents:
- Increase awareness postural habits
- To increase understanding of individual changes that can be made to reduce risk of back problems or help manage symptoms
- To provide an opportunity to participate in general back care exercises for mobility and strength
