Free Meditation and Positive Thinking courses

Brahma Kumaris are running some free wellbeing courses on Positive thinking, Self-esteem and Meditation throughout October and November at Hallam.

Positive Thinking – Face life’s challenges with a more positive outlook and be in control of your own responses. This one day course will include presentations, interactive discussion and guided reflection.

Self Esteem For a Balanced Life – This unique course offers you tools to unlock your potential and bring out the best in you.  An interactive course including presentation, interactive discussion and guided reflection.

  • Sunday 9 October

Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation (two day course) – Learn how to guide your mind into a natural state of calm.  Explore both theory and practice of meditation. An interactive course including presentations, interactive discussion and guided meditations.  This is a two day introductory course.  Part 1 is on the first Sunday.  Part 2 will take place the following weekend.
