Job Title: Customer Insight Assistant Officer
Salary: £18,212 to £20,989 per annum, dependent on experience
Based within our large in-house Marketing department and as a key member of the Customer Insight team, you will work closely with colleagues from across the Marketing and Recruitment departments. You will build and deliver digital and email communications and direct marketing campaigns, undertake segmentation of the CRM database to identify target audiences, and assist in the management and development of our CRM data and database.
In addition to outstanding communication, team working and organisational skills, our ideal candidate will have excellent computer and report writing skills, a good working knowledge of Excel, strong analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to interpret data and familiarity with databases and/or CRM systems.
