Please note that any attachments included in emails to IT Help will be automatically uploaded into the Unidesk system. These attachments can be accessed through Unidesk by registered operators, who may not need to view this information.
It is important, therefore, that you do not attach any files that contain sensitive or personal information. Instead, explain your request in the email and await contact from a member of IS&T for help with any problems you may have.
