The Herd of Sheffield has arrived with 58 elephants on display across the city until Friday 6 October. The large elephants will be joined by smaller elephants designed by local schools and will appear in herds across the city – some of which have already taken up residence by Owen reception where children and families can take part in the Little Herd treasure hunt across the university every Monday to Friday from 9am – 4pm.
An interactive app is available to download for your phone which provides a map showing locations of all the elephants, stories behind the large and little herds, including artist and sponsor information, the ability to record the elephants you find and post updates to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The app also features exclusive offers available to trail followers.
If you prefer following the trail in a traditional way you can pick up a Trail Map from Owen main reception and the Head Post Office reception. We ask for a suggested donation of 50p.
