The Move More Workplace Challenge is almost over, with only a few more days left to help bring your team closer to victory!
In the Sheffield wide challenge, Hallam are still 2nd place on the leaderboard with 19 gold medals and a fantastic 248,749 active minutes! Further congratulations go to the Finance Directorate who have now taken the top spot on the medals table with 18 golds and 25570 active minutes in our internal workplace challenge.
You can still take part, create an account and join a University team at: https://challenge.movemore.co/shu. If the app doesn’t work on your phone, you can still take part. Create an account on the Move More website and enter your activities and steps on the Move More dashboard. The app counts 100 steps as 1 active minute, so if you swim for 30 minutes just add 3000 steps to your total. If you swim for 60 minutes, then add 6000 steps.
Hallam Active also has the following activities running across the month for the Move More challenge. All sessions are £1 and are led by a Student Sport Activator and are open to students, staff and the general public. Book onto a sessions at a Hallam Active reception or call 0114 225 3000.
